DESCRIPTION:THE FALL PORTFOLIO TASTING\nSunday\, October 14th\, 2-6pm \nVIP Session at 1pm \nUnionville Vineyards\, Ringoes\, NJ \n**Rain or shine\, with ample tented spaces** \nThe Winemakers Co-Op Fall Portfolio Tasting will feature 40 fine wines from some of New Jersey’s top producers including our newest member- Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery of Cape May. Attendees will mingle with winemakers and proprietors\, with specific opportunities to learn how these wines were crafted\, and what makes New Jersey wines unique. Enjoy live music and delicious foods available from Princeton-area restaurants Agricola Eatery\, Two Sevens\, and Cargot Brasserie. \nThe Winemakers Co-Op holds two large public tastings each year. All wines poured at these events adhere to the Co-Op’s standards for NJ fine wine- that they are classic Vitis vinifera varieties\, dry or classically off-dry\, and from 100% New Jersey grown grapes. These wines are terroir-driven — true expressions of what New Jersey climate and soil can represent! Most are estate grown\, and several are single vineyard bottlings. \nThe Spring Portfolio Tasting will be held at Unionville Vineyards\, located at 9 Rocktown Road\, Ringoes\, NJ 08551. General admission includes admission to the grounds\, 4 hours of wine tasting\, entertainment\, and bottled water. Gourmet food vendors will be selling at the event for an additional price. No outside food or beverage are allowed. SUMMARY:2017 Heritage Wine Festival
DESCRIPTION:  \nUnfortunately we will not be putting on the wine festival for the 2019 season.  We have decided to not do the festival this year in anticipation of a larger than normal harvest season.  Many of our new vineyards that were planted back in 2015 will be coming on line this year and the William Heritage staff will need to allocate the majority of it’s staff and resources to harvest during the months of September and October. \n \nWe will consider bring the festival back for the 2020 season\, but with so many new acres of vineyards to tend to this harvest season we do not have the resources to do the festival this year.   \n  \n
