We are thrilled to announce our debut appearance at the peerless James Beard House, in collaboration with edible Jersey magazine, Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen, and The Winemakers Co-Op. JHB&K will serve hors d’oeuvres and a five course menu featuring the finest and freshest ingredients found in New Jersey. Each dish will be specially paired with an estate fine wine from one of the wineries of The Winemakers Co-Op. Dishes and wines will be presented and shared with chef Craig Polignano, and the respective winemakers of the Co-Op wineries.
