A New and Exciting Release from our Collection of Jersey Wines

The winemaker’s at William Heritage Winery have truly outdone themselves with this off-dry, reserve-style red wine.  Jersey Cab was made from Cabernet Sauvignon and crafted to be a sophisticated version of our ever-so-popular Jersey Red.  The wine is dark, jammy and bursting with red fruit notes.  Red wine weather is just around the corner and Jersey Cab just might be your new go-to red for the Fall and Winter months.  The perfect red wine sipper for campfires, cozy nights on the couch or to be paired up with your favorite home cooked dishes.  

Winemaking

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and gently kissed with a small amount of oak. 

Alcohol: 12.5%

Residual Sugar: 3%

Tasting Notes

Dark, jammy and bursting with red fruit notes.  An off-dry Cabernet Sauvignon offering a dense and velvety texture with flavors of blackberry jam and strawberry/black cherry compote.  The wine shows a long finish with notes of dark chocolate and baking spices.
