ABOUT THE NEW 2017 DRY ROSÉ

The long awaiting release of our Dry Estate Rosé is finally here!

Blend – 44% Merlot, 32% Syrah, 24% Cabernet Franc

100% Dry – The new rosé is bright, refreshing and bone dry!

Fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes – Ruby red grapefruit is a big flavor component of this wine.  Aromatic notes of rose petal and tea leaf. Bright flavors of pink grapefruit and strawberry finishing with herbal notes and a tangy pink citrus sorbet. 

Food Pairings – Pairs great with sushi, Thai food.
